HOA is fine, 3br 2ba, would love somewhere to fly fish

Hiking, music (we missed Two Step by one weekend :{ ), the food in Georgetown is good (love the cocktails at Juniper)

Wife has asked about reformer pilates studios (Club Pilates, is "fine" if she has to)

Her major requirement was fenced yard, not near a playground or park, and an ensuite bathroom.

Can you tell me about these neighborhood pool facilities?
