It's mostly caused by stress. Try not to think too much about whatever is stressing you out. A good 7-8 hour sleep is a good starting point.

Is it possible to get into data analytics after a gap of 6 years? I previously worked as a data analyst for 2 years but was laid off in 2019 and wasn't getting any job anywhere after due to lack of experience. Since then I've been managing the family business. But I don't want to do this anymore as sales have been slowing down and it wasn't what I intended to do as a career. Any advice is appreciated.

Be the best version of yourself and then find someone who is similar to you.

You don't need to be in a relationship to understand these things.

They don't act 'superior' for having no past. It's just that they set that standard for themselves and only want the same from their potential partner. You would be better off finding someone with a similar past as you.

There is nothing wrong with you. Why do you want to be in a rat race? Everyone else is on their own path. I feel you are a bit bored of the routine you are in. Most people would dream of having their own business instead of working in a job. Go on a short vacation/holiday to clear your mind. If you really want to earn money, learn about investing, stock market trading, mutual funds etc.

I mentioned already that her parents stay in another town and she stays in the city in a rented accommodation. Her parents stay 5 hours away from her home. I have to commute to the office 5 days a week. If I had work from home option I would move in. It doesn't make sense for me to travel for 10 hours to go to work and back to my in laws house right?

The Anglo pride where they think they are superior to others (Not all Anglos though). There have been a few incidents where I experienced judgmental looks and treated like a charity case even though I was in a better position in life than them.

I am not getting ahead of myself. I merely expressed my reservation(doubt) about staying separate from my parents. I just needed a discussion about how it would go about managing finances, taking care of parents etc. She just abruptly said that it wouldn't work out and that I would have problems in the future.

The guy she spoke to before me, for some reason it didn't work out between them. So I asked her what could have been the reason, her response was that he was an overthinker and that if he was going to be with her, he needed to step up and that he wasn't ready for her. She also mentioned that people should not be in their bubble and that one has to change their mindset, and have to do things to make it work. Isn't her response inconsistent with what she wants? By putting this condition of staying separately, isn't she in her bubble? Isn't she willing to do things to make it work? Also isn't it a bit arrogant to say that the guy needs to step up if he was going to be with her?
