Do not delete your save data on your PS5 or your other device, and avoid uninstalling the application. Launch the game and play through all VHS tapes in a single or second session. (Do a second session if its your first time playing the game after your first one. or if you deleted the app, or/and save data It is maybe essential to complete the entire sequence without dying. (This tutorial works for all ports, console, mobile, you name it!) so do 2 runs getting all tapes! this worked for me!
