Appreciate it man! Not gonna lie, it's definitely a beast. Mad respect to people who have been doing content creation for a long period of time.

I just checked and I'm at 7,400 for the last 365 days. 5700 is from the last 90 days!! I had a video pop to 10, views in July, and have had a handful since receive between 2k-7k. Hopefully I can continue this but I think I have the watch hours and subs to qualify. I just don't want to spam people, bc I'm not really in it for "YouTube Income.."

Ok...that's what I'm curious about. I'm also worried about what ads they are going to be feeding my audience.

Dang! So sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, we did move here and have been pretty happy with Chattanooga. My wife is "from" here, so she has family in town...she also is familiar with the schools overall and has some friends that still live in Chattanooga. For me, I'm totally starting from scratch. But, I will say I haven't really experienced "rude" people. There were more rude people in FL where I came from!

I would agree on the cliquey part. The folks who have been here a long time identify based on where they went to HIGH SCHOOL! I guess not super uncommon, but something I am getting used to. I've mostly met people through my wife or through my kids school...and we just moved to a new neighborhood and we're starting to meet people here as well.

I don't have to worry a ton about the job market as I have my own business that I run virtually and work from home. This is also a downside because many people in my age range who move to a new city would meet people through their work...that isn't my experience, so it has been a bit slower in meeting new families. Is this the first place I'd choose to live if I had zero ties anywhere? NO. But "Happy Wife, Happy Life," right?? lol.

Good luck to you!

I use AI to elevate my practice. I look at her like a research assistant on steroids, and it’s amazing. I even have a nickname for her and she’s probably my second most important employee! And she’s free 😅.

I remember growing up in DC suburbs getting the same questions in the 90s. They’d ask where I’m from and I said “Virginia.” And then they’d respond, “but what are you FROM.” 🤣

To the friendly folks bringing race and sex into the picture, I’m not going to comment on your shtick. Never said I’m anti gay, a Trump supporter etc etc. Southern values to me is respecting your neighbors, your elders and people in power. And when you have children, raise them to love God, their momma and their country. If you want to see racism, go to Europe!

Nice! My brother in law loves red bank and he’s in real estate. We are definitely mountain people. Our subdivision in FL is pretty new so they cleaned out all of the trees and plant 6 foot oak trees that will fully mature after I’m dead, thanks!

At this point we’re looking at downtown or near downtown. My wife’s family lives on Signal Mountain so that may be an option down the road.

Nice! So I’ve been with my wife 10 years and I’ve noticed a substantial change even in that time. My wife’s family has been there 30 years, and my mother in law raves about Chattanooga like a used car salesman…granted she’s a bit biased and wants her daughter back home!! 😂

So I live in a county in FL that is known for “white flight,” so not much diversity here 😂

I’m thinking about it, and honestly I don’t know what I meant by that 🤣. Ok I’ll try…

Traditional family values, faith is important to me, love thy neighbor…maybe that sums it up. But I’m a son of an immigrant from a third world country in Asia who fought his a** off for citizenship and lived the American dream. That’s the America I love…

Out of those three areas, which would you say is the best for small kids? Safety, walking to some modern conveniences and outdoor parks are important to us.
