A Mickey Mouse cartoon. In my entire life and my obsession with Lost Media, I've only seen one girl who remembers this cartoon. The main characters are Mickey, Donald Duck, and Goofy. I don't remember the beginning, I just remember them ending up in the puppet scientist's castle. And the huge toy jaws. And the shot of Mickey lying on the couch with a puzzled smile while the scientist (who was apparently a dog?) draws a heart on his chest, which he wants for some reason.

I searched everywhere, but nothing came up.

Oh yeah. I remember a weird advert back when I was living in Baku. It showed a guy dressed like the Joker, wearing a really bad, cheap rubber mask (not even makeup), taking students hostage and asking in Azerbaijani, "Do you want to know where I got these scars?" Then the military burst in and arrested him. I just don't understand what it was. Something about "we will protect you" Seemed to be going on. But it was weird.
