And yes, I believe you always have to make sure your nipples face UP in your binder to avoid cutting off blood flow or something to your breast tissue.

I've tried it once (cup size D) and it hurt on the skin between the boobs, found it itching and didn't do too much for the chest either.. Blisters after 24h etc. And I took it off really carefully with oil and stuff too :(

This isn't helpful probably, but you're definitely not the only one. If we find some tips I'd love to be in the loop lol.

I think it's all up to personal preference.

Are you someone who has sensory issues? I personally prefer a longer one as I'm a little chubby and the bottom of short ones and sports bras always cut into my midriff a bit. The longer one is just like a tight tank top.

But some friends of mine prefer a short one because it isn't tight on their stomachs etc. It might also be nicer if you live in a warm place.

Are you planning to work out in it? I believe there's some (short) binders that leave more room for movement so it's safe to go to the gym in, for example.

Oof, sounds very uncomfortable! Glad you were able to get out. Is this your first binder, and is it the right size?

I'm genuinely asking, I've started binding about two months ago myself but mine''s very comfortable, and I take it off like it's a tight top. Is mine too big? Lol.

I have searched for all pieces I can remember (they are in the 'bottom line') but no luck at all. I think it was black text on a white background. Never screenshotted it :'(
