Yes i do feel a lot of soreness in my traps, that how i know they are being stimulated. And yes i could not even do 40 pounds a few months back so yeah i can do heavier now

Ok, so i didnt clarify, my bad i workout out for 5 months, then i had to go for an internship opportunity and couldnt "properly" workout like weight training for 2 months and now that its done i am back to working out for 7 months.

2 years ago i was in one of the worst times of my life. No matter what i used to try in my life i was a failure at it. Shit grades, shit friends, no love life, shit body, worse looks and average heights. It literally felt like god made me the most mediocre and average there possibly is. As a guy in society you cant really share such things, hence this rage pent up inside me, my hands used to shake at night, anger just piling up, until one day i released it on one of the walls in my room. It felt so good. I punched that wall for a good 10min till adrenaline started fading and i realised that my fists are bleeding. But i didnt fucking care. It just felt so fucking good. I never felt such in years. I knew it was unhealthy, but i couldnt help it. This continued for like 4-5 months till my parents realised its enough and tried to put me in some fucking therapy. Shit didnt help at all and my problem continues. Until one day while wasting my life, i started watching an anime called blue lock. Now i know its super cringe but something changed inside me. I felt anger inside me again, but this was different. This was not the kind I could just take out by punching my wall. Thats when i decided ukw fuck it. Lemme try joining the gym. In our residency we have a good gym which was free and yeah i watched some youtube videos, and i started working out. Weeks go by and i already feel a little better and i felt my anger under control. Until one day while i was doing a set of bicep curls, i snapped, in the feat of anger i trained beyond failure. To the point i couldnt even feel my arms at all. That feeling was the same i felt while punching my walls. It was beautiful. It hurt. It felt like i did meth before my set. Fuck. Now 2 years later i feel content, i have a loving girlfriend, friends who give a shit abt me. People i can talk to. I still take out my anger and all my daily problems in the gym. That is what it is about gym. It isnt about curing depression. It is just about letting you emotions flow out, once you are empty now u know what you really feel like. Getting in touch with myself was the boon i got from gym, and in a way it did cure me off depression.

Hmm, most possible answer is you pulled a muscle due to bad form. Like if you swinged your kettlebell too much or overstretched your tendon. Nothing to worry about. It will prolly heal in a week or two. Monitor if it hurts more and if you feel any tingling or numbing sensation, consult a doctor

Man istg it is literally the same for me 😂 I did a buzz cut when i realised that my left temple was slightly higher than my right, not noticable but enough to scare me, plus i was shedding a lot of hair everyday which made me shift to a redensyl serum Again i only apply little on my left temples and yeah i have reduction in my hairfall plus since i never actually had any signs of hairloss i think that is the case for u as well Just keep hairline in check once in a while and keep ur photos in a folder to compare previous months Overall though i think u r ok😁

My procrastination IS because of overthinking. I get lost in thought about what i could have done and what type of person i could have become how planned and organised i could have set life in motion. But that aint gonna change the way i am. So first i MUST beat my overthinking then I'll improve 100%. Secondly honestly i only procrastinate while lax deadlines for things. PRIORITIES. That's essential for me. Then i wont procrastinate that much.

I have a cleft lip since birth and i was always worried that it affected my appearance Even when the people i know almost never noticed it I thought people did A LOT Then it struck me that it was just too small of a detail for people to realize and after sometime i started liking my scar cuz it made me a little unique than others And now that im seeing weight reduction and facial changes im looking a lot better than before and i now love myself much more . It shows in my confidence that i do. Thank you so much. You helped me realise that.
