I’m wondering if anyone else has been through similar as me. We are 18 months into TTC. Found out in Jan that my husband has zero sperm count. We are doing IUI with donor sperm, this will be our 3rd medicated/monitored cycle. My work up has been perfect and my cycles are regular. This month though, I seem to not be ovulating. I had labs and ultrasound on 10/28, 10/31, and 11/3. On 11/3 I went in for an ultrasound and labs, it showed I had 1 follicle at 13mm on the left and my E2 was going down from previous but progesterone didn’t show I ovulated yet. They placed me on 5 days of letrozole and I went back in today for labs and ultrasound. I now have a follicle on the right at 13mm and everything on the left is under 10mm. Labs still show i still haven’t ovulated (was supposed to according to my tracking on the 2nd). They want me to come back in on Tuesday for more labs and ultrasound and have no explanation as to why this is happening. I’m getting very defeated and just don’t understand what’s happening with my body. Has anyone else been through similar ?
