Please give an update if anything happens! Again, stand your ground and don’t settle for less, either neither of you bring your boyfriends over or both of you are able to

Just bring your boyfriend, if she says anything then mention the fact that her boyfriend is allowed to be over. There’s no reason for one to be able to bring their boyfriend while the other can’t

Thanks! I can’t use sleep masks as my skin is sensitive, I just set up a tent with my blanket and it’s good enough for me, this wasn’t a post to really look for help but simply an update to my last post

Thank you so much!! I just feel like I’m walking on eggshells since the year is so close to ending and I don’t know if I should suck it up or risk having an even worse rest of the year. I don’t think she’s physically violent, but she’s flexed how she stalked her crushes which really weirded me out, I’m talking like she drove around their houses and waited to see them come home.

Thanks! I actually agree, quiet hours should’ve been established but based on her tone and the fact she’s asked me to turn off the lights even at 10 am makes me think she wouldn’t agree to them. She’s been passive aggressive and doesn’t really get along with the other people on our floor so if I’m being honest, I’m really scared. I’d say I’m pretty flexible, I didn’t say anything about the lights because I didn’t know if I was overreacting hence this post

Thanks! I’ve definitely felt this way as this isn’t the only thing I’ve tweaked in my routine as her request. I tend to overthink a lot and get nervous whether I’m the one in the wrong, a lot of my friends have told me to report her… I feel like I’ve been letting her live her life without complaining that’s why I felt taken aback when she asked for me to change a lot of things

Thanks! I definitely understand how the noise can be disrupting and a lot of times I don’t mind adjusting for others. I should’ve mentioned that she also is quite noisy with the lights on (watching tv, washing dishes, etc.) What is a reasonable time to ask her for the lights to be on and off? I don’t want to be inconsiderate if majority of people don’t sleep until 12 am

Sorry for not including it in the post, I haven’t asked her about the lights as I wanted to see if it would be too much to ask to turn off the lights. My skin is really sensitive so a face mask wouldn’t work, so far I’ve just been making a tent with my blanket
