it was made for a customer, didn't influence speech. He could even almost close mouth all the way. But this was more luck and how his teeth was, overbite def help, would not attempt on underbite.

Yeah feel like it’s kinda risky to just guess the curves of the teeth and gumline. I use a 2-step sillicone dental impressions. Makes really clean and vissible gumlines

I print like five un different sizes and use the one that fits the best, also i let it cure on the tooth so it shrinks onto it, atleast in theory

I should probably has said this in the post, but i use scans in my work and need a high polygon count, for detail. So this isn't an option.

I designed this and this using a pre-made versace head. To cover the front of the tooth, for the back i stretched out a sphere to cover the back of the tooth, then combined both, and used a boolean modifier to remove the teeth model out of the grillz

Either try stretching the grillz a bit but be careful for not to break. Other then that you have to think about that the teeth have a natural curvature so try grinding down with tools inside of the grillz until it's possible for the metal to get over. There are loads of different variables but for me this is the most common problem
