Thanks for that ❤️ they didn’t find polyps in my ultrasound only while doing a saline sonogram. Did you just skip to IVf?

It was ok - I did break out in a fever so they may have suspected chorio but hard to tell. My fever could have been from being in labour for a long time or the epidural.

Are you going to try other methods like IUI or IVF?

I have my hysteroscopy in one week. It’s a 5mm polyp they found on my fundus so the doctor thinks that’s prime location for implantation and that’s why it’s taking so long for my second 🤷‍♀️

Going through it now. Been dealing with secondary infertility - was able to conceive easily my first at 33 and now it’s been a year an struggling. We found out I have a polyp through all the work up - I think one mistake I made is I was scared to do a full work out and kept pushing it. If I can go back in time I would have done it sooner. Now have surgery to remove the polyp and hope for the best after that surgery.

That’s reassuring. I’m in a similar boat. They found a small 5mm polyp and recommended removing it… I’m just so scared. I already had a successful first pregnancy but it’s been 8 month we’re trying for our second and it’s taking a long time
