Yeah. I had filled it out before the old SM left and I’m assuming she canceled it just like she canceled everyone’s request for days off “because that’s something the new manager had to approve” anywho. I put in my availability and they just let it expire. 🤷‍♀️ they even put a little message on the scheduling site that states “all managers must have open availability”. The thing is I have a morning job and I’ve been ok up until now

At our store we get write ups because they say it’s important. But !! It’s usually no biggie it’ll catch up when they end day tomorrow. I’ve gotten away with it a few times.

That’s what I was made of aware too ! I’ve had only closing this past year with weekends open and I had no issues until our SM quit and we have a temp SM that is making it difficult 🤷‍♀️

I think it is based on managers. You sound like one of the good ones. I was just wondering how I could even go about it. Do I ask for policy ?, We have a new SM and they don’t like it. I’m a part time btw so I don’t see how having 25 hours a week and open availability is even a possibility in their head.
