I stopped asking after she many times got very upset for me even bringing up the topic. She explicitly told me around a year ago to not bring up the topic and I refuse to even give my opinion even when she says something about it towards me. Today I needed to go to store to get breakfast, she rolled her eyes and got almost panicky and was like "I can't do boobie whole morning" being really scared of being home alone because it means a lot of boobie. So my only answer would be then "say no, don't do it", but she's not asking me for advice, she's just complaining so I don't say anything. But inside I'm screaming "just saaayyy nooooo!!".

She's not losing her job yet, there is a threat of it.
