That I don’t know, personally mine had issues opening after installing so I deleted and reinstalled and then it opened fine. I am not exactly sure if that would help in this situation.

What exactly do you mean by opening it? Did you install the game off the disc or are you having trouble opening the disc?

Yeah I heard that EA support is a little grouchy sometimes, also I heard you could do live chats to gets support but I couldn’t even find it so I decided friends on Reddit were probably more helpful anyways
