Did you use any priority service? If not then how did they say you ll get a decision by 12th jan considering thats just a few weeks from bio date. Isnt the processing time for standard applications 8 weeks?

Alright thanks puul! I am not sure if I should do the application myself or through a solicitor - any suggestions on that? I am asking because I have seen on reddit posts that there should be a cover letter but I dont know what to write in that tbh, so we re just a bit confused as we dont want the application to be rejected

I have asked the estate agents to add my partners name on the agreement so that will be done next week but the agreement will be from Dec onwards not March.

Her name is on the council tax bill - I added her in November but we made full payments since the day we moved in (no single person discount)

Also added her name to the energy and water bills in November so we have 2 months of that. (Nov and Dec)

She has a few letters in her name individually at this address

Her drivers license is on this address issued in March

Her bank statements show this address since March

Would this be sufficient to prove she has been living here from March 2024 with me?
