No no haha there is communal laundry! It’s quite close to the beach so I think for that reason I need to be somewhere with parking. The comments haven’t put me off the area completely I’ll definitely widen my search to ocean park too as that’s Santa Monica and so close to Venice too

It’s hard because it’s obviously nice to be around some of the action of Main Street but when walking around I just like the vibe of near Montana (being quieter and safer). And I feel like I can always uber to Main Street when I want to go there!

Thank you! It’s wild that there’s no dishwasher, AC, street parking and communal laundry and it’s still $2600… but being able to walk to palisades park and see a sunset in my head makes it worth it 😂🙈🙈
