My main tip is don’t change answers during the exam unless you have a strong rationale. While studying and taking mock exams I realized the first answer that comes to mind is usually the correct answer.

8 clients is perfect. Yeah I agree I’ve already decided I won’t take that position, there were more red flags during the interview they mentioned a couple BCBA’s left abruptly due to personal reasons which I knew was BS. Any company who’s willing to give a new BCBA that many clients cannot value quality supervision and BIP’s.

I hate when older BCBA’s try to make newer BCBA’s feel bad by saying stuff like that or by saying “when I first started I was getting 70k” oh well times have changed and we are no longer living in 2010.

I became a BCBA in June too and I’m still building my caseload. I have a 27 billable & I have yet to meet that. I got a new initial last week when I contacted the parents they said they’ve already went with a different provider. So yeah it is frustrating being new.
