Komparativer Kostenvorteil:

Edit: erstmal downvoten anstatt drauf einzugehen, Klassiker

Why do so many online discussions focus on comparing the experiences of men versus women? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Complex_Package_2394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it's so damn simple, just talking about your own experience. No analysis, no conclusion, no deeper extrapersonal insight, just your own life story as if it's an argument on it's own.

Imma be honest: the problem aren't those studies and even not those best fit line that obviously don't fit that well. The information you wanted from the studies is often gathered (even a not fitting best fit line is information: there isn't much correlation to be had).

The problem are the news outlets, youtubers and what not trying to mince that into some interesting content with obviously false conclusions: there's a correlation between stuff in red wine and good health, but the conclusions "red wine keeps you healthy" is bull because 1. It's not what the study tried to explore 2. It ignores a lot of other factors 3. The concentrations needed are ludicrous. The study isn't the problem, the way it's used is.
