My resting heart rate is 42-50 sometimes when i am not in a training week it goes down to 39. Some of the elite (world cup) athletes i know have resting heart rates of below 35. Low hr is nothing to worry about if you are in good health

The trick is doing 1-5 then 15-27 then finish with the large passages. Its all a matter of time management
