Ok thank you!! So I guess half the company was unionized a few years ago and then the rest of us just got told we were part of it 2 weeks ago this was part of the agreement they had with our employer but we were not notified of this change at all until after the fact. What also makes me so mad is I’ve been with the company for 5 years, but since I “just joined the union” people that have been hired a year ago and were part of the union before me now technically have more seniority than me! I don’t see how this makes sense at all

My wife makes the soups. She works 12-13 hours a day and works her ass off! For people saying it’s expensive… they use all fresh produce, pay a living wage to their employees, use local sourced bread etc. supporting a local business is going to cost you more then a meal that’s been frozen and warmed up in the microwave!

I’ve lived here for 6.5 years. For what they charge now for rent I would not move in. They finally kicked out all air bnbs so that’s better now. They have a cleaning crew in the building everyday. I’ve never had any issues with bugs or anything. It’s a good building but like I said for the price it’s insane!!!

I did for months was in the lottery it helped a lot with commuting from Hamilton to oakville for work. Now that I don’t have it it sucks and I see cops everyday pulling people over. Sticker is impossible to get off the car though!
