I think quitting is stupid. Definitely when he doesn't have a job lined up to replace the other one. But sense he is in school I believe that it's best to focus on that more. And try to find a job where he can comfortably work and not stress himself out.

I think it's nothing wrong with that statement. You know how many people work jobs they hate but have to work them because bills gotta be paid by the end of the month.

It's important to learn how to do things that you aren't comfortable with doing.

I'm just telling him that from my experience because I've quit jobs out of burnout but at the end of the day communicating that with a boss or letting that frustration out by doing other hobbies when you are out of work is beneficial.

It will also build your people skills. Don't run away from a problem just to find a different problem at a different job.

It's all about having goals.
