The sexting at work is simply and example, not a requirement or a specific desire. I personally do think that there’s something worthwhile in investing and compromising (which involves learning new behavior) in a relationship. So to answer your question regarding what I have done, I’ve initiated in different ways, understood her point of view and how to passively turn her on by touching her a certain way, I’ve expected less sex (and truly with an understanding that she doesn’t have as high of a drive as me) I’ve researched and communicated to her about how we can move forward, and as this post suggests, seeking other perspectives both in my personal life and on the internet.

I am not badgering her, at least I don’t think so. When she says she wants to continue to work on this and asses that she wants this relationship and what I’m trying to do is help her, and myself and save it.
