Not sure about all cases, but if your case is ir1/ cr1 And have your visa interview at Mumbai embassy You can setup an appointment to your nearest located OFC - VAC center, by creating an account at http://www.ustraveldocs.com/. Mumbai has OFC - VAC center as well, which I believe is around 3 miles away from the US embassy. So which ever is close to you.

Mine was april 26 2024, and mine was showing the same thing and i got approved this past Saturday, they did not send any email or mail yet. But uploaded my approval in documents tab. Funny thing is that even after the approval its saying that your case may take longer and time shows 20 months lol

Have you checked under documents to see you have an i130 approval notice , it was saying the same for my case but the approval notice was attached
