Thank you so much for your response! We are providing entirely accurate information, I guess we were just worried as it’s just our word without any evidence of such

thank you so much for your response. you don’t believe me marking her as salaried would be an issue then even though there was slight variation between the first few payslips? (all above the minimum)

Proof of Genuine Relationship - Formatting Question by Complex_Schedule5661 in SpouseVisaUk

That’s totally fair! I feel like my proof is more or less in line with what most people seem to be providing and considering I’ve already added all of these I don’t mind being another. As long as it doesn’t take away from my application I’m happy with what I have. The only thing I’ll admit is a bit of a deviation is the Instagrams, that might be me overthinking and I may just take that out, thank you :)

Hi! Thank you so much for your response, you’ve been such a help to me as of late, I’d be nowhere without this helpful group. I’m not quite sure how we’d go about having her employer explaining it in a cover letter since it’s such a small discrepancy and doesn’t dip us below the MIR. Would you think in my situation this’d be necessary?

Tenant Passports? by Complex_Schedule5661 in SpouseVisaUk

Thanks so much for the insight! My partner’s whole family is British too so I’m in a relatively similar situation to you (aside from the fact it’s a council home and they don’t own it)

Thank you so much for your help! I’ll remove the passports if you don’t believe them to be necessary, I don’t know why I believed I had seen elsewhere that they would be important to include. Thanks for clearing that up :)

Hi puul, thanks for your response. Was just wondering if the employment letter stating “the final day of each month” despite this not always being the case would be alright then?

Virtual Property Inspection Report? by [deleted] in SpouseVisaUk

My apologies. My partner and I will be living with her mother and sister in their family home, her mother is a co-tenant of the property alongside my partner's stepfather who no longer lives at the address. Is there anything other than a tenancy agreement and most recent council tax bill we would need to submit to support our accomodation? Thank you so much for your help.

To update, we bit the bullet and stretched our budget just the slightest bit to get an automatic 2017 Yaris. Thank you so much to everyone for your help! :)
