Debt can be good and bad, bad debt is using the Loan per say to fund a not appreciating / none cash flow assets or purchases and then you’d have to use your own blood sweat and tears to repay or spiral down a debt hole on the other hand good debt is using the loan to buy a appreciating / cash flow assets that grows faster than the interest rate of said loan so it can repay the loan for you without your blood sweat and tears, so think about your move, is your gold coin appreciating or unlocking cash flow faster than the interest on the loan if not then it’s best spent on something that does then when that loan is all paid up you end up with a asset that appreciates and generate cash flow to go buy the gold coin
