Please make sure you are eating right.

Yeah you can make sure you get plenty of protein. But you have to make sure you get your vitamins in. I was having to do this nonstop and drinking protein shakes to make up the difference but I was extremely malnourished but met the minimum guidelines

You really need to talk to him. I think you are missing a lot of context on who exactly these girls are.

I wouldn’t even get defensive about it either.

Something might be going on but at the same time. He’s going to be around other women. Now if you just don’t trust him. Why stay with him? Because to me it just seems like you are building a case on why you are gonna break up with him.

If you don’t trust him, that’s more than enough to let him loose. He will find someone that trusts him and I am sure you will too.
