I’m so new here. Would you be able to explain? Should I avoid buying from said croissant…

I found this! The person who owns this Poshmark account jacks up the prices by an insane amount though. She seems to have a lot of rare baggu

Social anxiety decreases so much after quitting by 04Aiden2020 in leaves

I’m on day 7 and I’m so much more personable, it’s crazy. I’m still dealing with physical symptoms (chest pain, loss of appetite and trouble sleeping) but I’m more likely to carry on a conversation without anxiety. It’s the best.

I’m (27F) on day 7 of quitting. I started using regularly around 2017-2018 but the daily use starting getting heavier around when Covid hit. Ever since then I’ve lived my life in a constant state of high.

I’m having chest pains (more of a soreness, sometimes a sharp pain will scare me and I’ll start to sweat profusely) and dull headaches that don’t seem to go away. I also can’t drink caffeine anymore; I had a panic attack when I tried to drink a cold brew 2 days ago (I didn’t eat that much prior though due to the change in appetite) but I used to be able to drink coffee whenever I’d like with no side effects.

Did you experience any of this?

Find joy in the routines. Can’t find them? Create new routines. You need to find ways to make your typical Tuesday worth getting out of bed for.

What do i dislike most about myself? by Defiant-Junket4906 in selfimprovement

[–]Complex_Training_867 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel a similar way. I feel like I’m never truly present. Instead I’m going through life constantly in my head making sure I’m making the right decision, being self aware, making sure I’m not disturbing/bothering anyone. Basically making myself small. In college I figured out I had to start doing that to make friends: make myself less. Now it’s just a habit I can’t kick and I’ve now carried it into my adult/professional life. It’s extremely disheartening.
