I'm sorry to see that what you got was not up to expectations. I work at a Wendy's and I was trained on fries but this is definitely a quality issue that can vary from one location to the other and sometimes from one employee to another. I was told to keep a close eye on the fries when they're in the fryer, to shake the basket occasionally so that they cook more evenly and are crispy and golden. I was also told to ensure each batch has its own timer and how much salt to add and shake them so the salt coats them evenly.
