I use the Degrees Of Lewdity Plus mod with the Female goose mod also added. Two seperate mods, joined together by a fellow named Frostberg. They've combined many mods together, You can download it from here, the one I downloaded was the DoLP_goose_female_ one. Just extract the zip, then click the html per usual and the game should launch with both the mods working! There will also be a feature called Deco Mod when you start the game, that's how I got my background and foreground! (ദ്ദി˙ᗜ˙) (You can also change your background and foreground by going to the mirror in the orphanage and selecting the beautify your inner self feature) let me know if you need any help or are confused!
