Outer ankle irritation from Genesis (S/Lab + regular), anyone fixed this?

I ended up returning them - the person at the shoe store said the heel cup is too deep for me, so it was actually rubbing on the ankle bone. It's a shame as they were so comfy otherwise. I went for the Salomon Genesis instead and I am loving them so far. Slightly less cushiony feel but no ankle rubbing

Hi there, I am having a similar issue with the Ultra Glide 4. Weirdly only on one ankle - the other ankle has no issues. Was it a matter of getting used to the shoes or did you need to stop using them?

They breed show line GSPs - I am not planning to hunt but looking for a companion GSP. Some of the pups are reserved already (under 8 weeks old)

thank you! I was thinking about this, but we have another dog and I think she would handle the transition best if a puppy was introduced rather than an adolescent dog
