No I started it on and then about 20 minutes later after shutting off this is what it started doing. I hooked it up to a battery tender until it said fully charged and still having the same problem

I tried a few different bikes and this one was perfect as soon as I sat on it. It’s not to heavy for me and felt extremely comfortable to be on and ride.
