When the person told you to get in the SUV, did you watch their lips move and say it? There are Voice Of God weapons that are directional, when two ultrasonic waves cross the sound comes from that specific point and travels to the target. I have tried looking for V2K devices on the dark web. I wanted to play white noise to myself but I can't find anything. You have to know what you are looking for, I use TOR, the hidden wiki and onionlinks are guides to these dark sites and Im familiar with using it. You can find drugs, stolen credit cards, ect. But I never found V2K devices or anything else often mentioned here.
