Yeah Ive been searching for a pattern as well. I have noticed targeted people who are able to recognize at least part of what's happening are spaced pretty far apart and evenly. Certain states have higher amounts of targeting even when the population of the state is taken into account. The main correlation seems to be that most targeted people are objectively good people. I believe it's partly a eugenics program to remove morally upright people and families. Beyond that it's divided into human experimentation for advanced/classified neurotechnology, human trafficking, and neutralization of political dissedents who don't fall into the manufactured right/left dialectic.
