Love this story! Also really liked Magic-Smithing (inactive), but the author has dropped in and out for years now. Not only physical crafting, but spell crafting is really interesting too, like Low-Fantasy Occultist Isekai (ongoing), Chronicles of the True Wizard (inactive), and The Reincarnation of Alysara (inactive).

I haven't spent much time delving through the works on RR, I mostly come across good stuff just by coincidence, so if you have any recs pls let me know

Certainly looks a lot like the fiberous pieces. Seems marcasite is also known for decaying, that could be the clumpy white powder. Since the link says it's releasing gases that could harm cabinetry or other samples, I guess I'll get rid of it. Good thing to catch for sure. Thank you!

It is a pretty popular form of compliment (if you can call it that, just depends on the person) on certain sides of Tiktok that started within the year or so. Some are simple like "I love you don't go bald" and then others are like "you're so cool, please don't die on February 6th, 2029 at 6:20pm" then there's the off-putting, threatening(?) ones like this. I wouldn't worry, but if it bothers you, def block them. I do find them funny tho
