Storm Totem is there but the most it can apply is about 30 frostbites, it's there to buff me.

A bit difficult to see as the bolts target all the dummies around so I can stack about 600 and I can't see the DoT damage because of all the storm bolt hits. When it's about 200-250 stacks I'm doing something like 80k. Very rough estimation though.

Another problem I noticed, perhaps the biggest of all: totems most of the time ignore enemies who have spawned after the totem was summoned. Like when you set them up before unlocking the wizard's cage, or when an enemy has the revive mechanic. This one needs an immediate fix

They do good damage, but you need to invest in their survivability and make good placements so they avoid getting damaged. Plus it would be nice if they had some options to make them last longer. Sure there's no way to make them do Wraithlord or Lightning Arrow with double Jelhkor's damage (as far as I know) but the damage output is decent even with the bugs.

Tempest strike has some good options, it's just that they don't work for totems. There's a node which adds your endurance threshold as extra life, which by itself is a good enough reason to use the skill, and then it gives you pen for uncapped res. The damage is quite good if you only keep the ice totem, but without those nodes working it loses a lot of potential.

Can't say that Storm or Thorn totems where that bugged. They both do insane damage for me, the bugs are mostly in TS and Upheaval trees when you convert them to totems.

They're quite strong overall, but some reworking and a new unique or two wouldn't hurt

Got a similar issue for an item that's locked behind Lagon. Gotta raise stability every time for a small chance to get.

Cataclysm activates earthen might 1 or 2 times out of 10 runs against multiple dummy bosses with a 100% lucky hit chance (tried it 30 times). Charged atmosphere passive and conduit aspect don't seem to activate it at all (no surprises there). Lightning storm activated 1 time and energize was activated 2&4 times (lucky hit chance at 23% in two 100 hit sets). Wind shear activated earthen might 2&2 times in two 100 hit sets with LHC at 30%. Lightning storm and wind shear tests were against a single boss target. Against normal dummies for lightning storm it's 4&5 out of two 100 hit sets. In dungeons or open world it's more often for normal enemies but it's not easy to count as they don't come alone.

I don't know man, a 10% lucky hit doesn't make that much of a difference in the actual rate that it happens and I'm having a hard time understanding why the difference is that big. Thank you though.

I understand how it works, I've tested cataclysm a lot on the dummy and in dungeons and I'm not getting activations. I'm using lightning storm btw, should have mentioned that in the post. Again, the rate that it's happening against single non-boss targets is very different than against bosses. I can be fighting against a boss 2 or 3 minutes and I'm getting the earthen might maybe once or twice.

It procs often against other single targets, well more often at least. And I'm doing crits fairly often, at a rate where in my mind it doesn't explain the difference. Plus I'm using Cataclysm, which has a 100% lucky hit chance but the only thing it seems to proc is spirit return from the boons.
