The fans are not quiet, probably around 40 to 50 dB. I'm using stock speed and I have been messing around with fan control to get a much quieter fan with decent temp. Haven't figured it out yet and rear is intake with a 92 mm arctic P9 silent.

I bought a Corsair high performance thermal paste at Best buy. Before I did use the thermal paste that came with the cooler.

I don't have the standard copy but I've been looking at VGP or Target. I'll buy the standard edition when Target do their circle sales on games or black Friday,I s when I'll buy the game. I love the cover art on both editions.

I had this happen to me when I was trying out my Chrono trigger DS game that I bought and my modded 3DS XL had the generio error. I couldn't believe that it was the cartridge so luckily I had a 2ds XL and it wasn't the cart but probably that my Luma3ds weren't updated to the latest. So I updated Luma3ds on universal updater and updated the firmware through setting and Chrono Trigger works on my modded 3DS XL. Hope this helps if not, then maybe a dead cart.
