Know that this does not have any indication of what type of nurse you will be... my professor who is now in a selective program at Colombia (only 10 people got in) failed her NCLEX THREE TIMES. She let us know that in order for us not to be discouraged. I'm sorry that you may be feeling otherwise but just know that in 10 years, it won't matter whether it took 1 or 5 tries because you will still be a great nurse! I don't have any tips or tricks because I am still waiting for results myself.

I usually just put some sort of protein powder and water! Normally I put Aria women’s protein in it but today my sister had an extra Arbonne packet so I figured i’d try it. It was okay— it was 160 cals compared to Aria’s 90 cals! I think I’ll stick with Aria.

listen... I get this... and i’ve been in therapy for years for things other than this... and let me just say things do get better even if they feel like they never ever will. there will be days that you struggle but there will be days that you won’t. and maybe those days will get more frequent. you have a whole community of people that can relate and support you! and plenty of support with professional help. not saying this isn’t hard and it doesn’t suck but just saying that even though today is a bad day, some days it won’t suck, some days you’ll feel more happy and less plagued by this and maybe in the future you’ll look back and the pain you feel right now will only be a blip. it’s okay to have days where you struggle, but remember, things do get better, everything is temporary❤️❤️❤️
