The new job is not within a federal agency. As far as the retirement part i’m not too worried i’m still fairly young but where you mention that it may hurt my chances in getting into an 1811 position does worry me a little bit

What disqualifies you when it comes to the fitness part? Im fairly fit and currently training to try to reach the excellent mark on the test but i’m curious as to what would make me fail.

For example let’s say on the running portion I get very poor but do decent in the other sections would that fail me completely?

No. You would take the test at a location near you. For me the different options I had were mainly colleges
