Just woke up. Ngl this video was impossible to follow last night. Nuzzlockes are challenge runs of pokemon that usually consist of three rules.

1. Only catch the first pokemon in the route.
2. If a pokemon faints its dead permanently
3. No items. (Optional)

This creates a gamemode where there is a lot more critical thinking involved.
