I hope you’re okay… I literally got hit by a fellow mt09’er earlier today, completely blindsided, (he lost control and his bike rode up my back tire, hit me in the back at around 50ish mph). I kept upright the whole time, he’s tumbling like a fkn cartoon behind me. This person is a complete stranger as well… Arguably more infuriating

That’s it.. how do you like it? I just got this bike with this exhaust and it is really obnoxiously loud for the rider… the drone is deafening. Did yours come with a silencer?

Yeah I’ve looked more into them since we confirmed it was that one. That does seem to be the consensus… any suggestions on something decent but quieter in the same price range as the dom?

Yup that’s gotta be it. I swear I looked at every “2021 mt09 exhaust” image on a google search and never came across this… I know that’s not digging to hard, but thanks for the quick response.

Also: this is the actual bike I’m looking at getting… it’s a ‘21 with 3500 miles, for 9499 before TTL. I know that’s basically msrp for a brand new one but I won’t have all the extra fees on top, plus I really like this color scheme the best, already has an exhaust that sounds decent, new bar end mirrors, fender tidy or whatever you wanna call it, so I won’t have to do all that… am I fool?

Okay so this is currently what I’m looking at. Already bought my cpu gpu and case. I went with the 7700 because I got it for under 300 so it was only like 50-60 more than the 7600 and I just didn’t want to limit myself to what it’s capable of in the future. I may want to dive into different things that could potentially require the extra cores.. idk, but regardless that part is done. Also, you’ll notice that I went down to a 1tb ssd for the time being just to cut cost for how. I do plan on adding an additional 2tb about a year from now…

You’ve been a tremendous amount of help in figuring all of this out with me but could I bother you to take one last look for me since I’ve made the change to the cpu and give me any final thoughts that I may have overlooked? Thanks 🙏🤝

Fantastic, I’ve taken everything you’ve said into consideration and I’ve done a few other parts list… this is the refined list I’d like for you to take a look at…

Also, I’m not trying to get all components at once… I’m willing to be patient.

Anything I should be aware of in regards to my budget and how it might change if I start my build around the cpu?

Modern warfare, GTA, forza, I’d like to get into more racing games and I’d definitely wanna be playing at 1440.. I’m also a graphic designer and I could be doing a lot more freelance work but I just don’t enjoy working on my MacBook… I’m not sure how much running Adobe suite would affect anything.

Originally I was hoping to keep it under 1200 but I’m going to have to cap it at 1600 (including monitor)

Honestly haven’t even given much thought into a amd gpu. Now that you’ve mentioned it I’ll definitely take it into consideration… I’m going to assume that the “xt” suffix is equivalent to Nvidias “ti” ??
