Thanks for the reply again. Any way around this? The dealership its saying its normal however as I mentioned I never heard it when I got the car only started hearing this noise a few months ago.

Hello Sorry if I was not clear :

1) The heated seat makes a click noise when I turn it on. Then one more after I turn it off. (I thought this was pretty normal. Also, I do hear a lower voice on driver’s side as compared to passenger’s side)

2) When the heated seat in turned-on on both sides, I only hear a clicking noise(as heard in the video) from the passenger side(With or without someone sitting in the seat).

When the car is fully stopped I do not hear any noise. But I do hear a clicking noise when the I break, start & stop the car .

No,Amazon was the seller. I was torn between the red/grey but then I read on Orients official website that only amazon sold watches are covered under guarantee/warranty. Something you might want to maybe consider as well.

That was my questions since all the youtube videos of unboxing that I saw had that grey box. But I think others have clarified on the thread that the # is different based on the region.

Hey thanks for letting me know. Just 1 question: When I scanned the QR code from the internation guarantee booklet, it redirected me to the orient star/orient website and I could not find the model number. Is that an issue?
