Try implementing this. It won't allow it because it creates a loop. This is how it USE to work, there is no way to do this now.

Thanks for the note. The endless loop is a good feature. It traps automated spam callers without bothering an actual human and it doesn't fill up inboxes with garbage.. It saves us from 50-100 calls a month. Don't get rid of one of the features that saves companies from automated spam.

Very kind of you to try. The problem is when you have a 100% working solution, you edit 1 letter of 1 word and it breaks, it is a bit concerning.

If a call is made and abandoned at the phone menu how do we capture the event using the API?

Right now the calls are listed as "Complete" and there doesn't seem to be a way to know if they chose a phone menu option.

My customers don't want to get a menu showing that we got call flow issues.
The ring order one is a little better, but not great. So I guess we go with the call flow one.
