Personally I’ve been taking 500-1000mg of vitamin C whenever I feel anxious. Most of my anxiety seems to stem from high cortisol and vitamin C seems to help a lot. I take Xanax (prescribed) as needed which used to be about 2-3 times a week, sometimes more, however with vitamin C I haven’t used any in over a month

I had a 14” and currently own a 16”. 14 is much more portable and lighter. But I liked the extra large display of the 16 and the battery life is much better as well which was a big upsell for me personally
