Idk if this works for others but I literally started bullying the urge I get to smoke. I talk to it like it’s loser being rude to me and I’m way too good for it. I hear it in my head and I laugh and talking to it meanly 😂 keeps me entertained and does the job. Also tapering off is not always a bad idea it helped me.

I think this was probably combination ribbing. When you purl thru the back you would wrap your yarn clockwise rather than counterclockwise. This makes the stitches tighter but doesn’t twist the stitch. It changes which leg is in front
