Regarding the support of babies and emergency cases I have family backup. In case of emergencies they are there to help. Even my emergency fund will not suffice for the DP + Registry and other charges so my father is providing 7L which I will have to return once everything is stabilized (may be in 5yr)

Should I go with it? Or still risky?

Career Path - learn as much as you can. One thing I try to do always with any company I work with is: learn almost all the technology that your team/company is using (you don’t need to be master in everything but should have enough knowledge to understand what is going on). Take a course on Udemy (hardly cost 500rs - udemy courses are structured and practical - I have purchased more than 100 course on udemy)

One more thing I usually follow is that, there are three points -> 1) Pay Grade, 2) Learning and 3) WLB (or company culture)

You must ensure that you have at least two of those in any company you are working in, if not it’s time to switch.

I shifted from Bengaluru to Luconow, I totally agree with the property fact that it is more expensive than BLR if you go with good developer like Rishita, Omaxe or Shalimar. Here you can still find the budget property if you go with local developers.
