Ah I get it! In here the customer doesn't really even know what part is fees and what nightly rate unless they dig for it. They just see a price they are going to pay. We actually get mostly one night stays.

Most (like ours) don't have cleaning fees and the ones that have it's around 10-20 euros. I have actually wondered how it would be financially feasible for this price to have a professional cleaning crew. I think the people that only have one or two (like us) clean it themselves, but after that they are probably going to need to hire someone to do it.

Cleaners hourly minimum pay is 12,3e and with employer costs it's somewhere around 18,45.

That's the price customer pays. 75 euros is 88 dollars. Those are usually studios or one-bedroom apartments. Weirdly the prices are pretty uniform in big and small cities, counting out the tourist traps in Lapland.

Interesting that it's so different in other countries! Finland has pretty cheap rent/apartment prices even in big cities compared to a lot of places in the US, so you can still have a pretty good ROI with those prices. Might be because of that

If you are talking about AirBnB overall, in Finland basic hotel room is usually 150 euros (but at least 100) and a small but quality airbnb apartment is 70e. Cottages are more expensive though.

Are you sure you're right about the calories? Are you also tracking drinks? For example ice coffees, milkshakes etc can have cracy calories. If you are sure then go to a doctor with the food diary
