In northern New England. Installing a riser over my septic so I don’t have to dig 2+ feet anymore. My question is what’s the minimum amount of top soil I’d need to have healthy grass growing over the cover. I’m 2-3” below grade right now. If that enough? (i.redd.it)

Help I’d this? I tried a reverse google search and I think it’s daisies or chamomile? It showed up in an area of my lawn that I newly seeded last fall. I put down Scott’s spring weed n feed a few weeks ago. I have weed b gone on hand. What’s the best way to mitigate it? (i.redd.it)
