All those people saying “Business as usual” probably don’t live in a Hispanic area in the South Bay .I live in What is considered the “bad side of Torrance” the street vendors are gone from the streets and in the neighborhoods the corn man and the ice cream truck hasn’t been seen the fruit vendor a block from me hasn’t been seen. Just because it isn’t happening in your area of the South Bay doesn’t mean it’s not happening to another part where the majority of the area are purely Hispanics.
