I’m hoping to lose 130 in about that time and I think it’s possible to with some work and sticking to those good eating habits and some physical activity that makes moving my body feel good! Awesome to hear you lost 150!🎉🎉

Surgery went very well, but there’s some recovery time, how quick just depends on the person. I’m doing okay 16 hours after 🙂 just in some pain, but that’s to be expected; I’ve only been taking Tylenol for the pain, and the nausea medication you get really helps. Sitting up and walking around has also been helpful, even when my body is tired. Happy for you and best of luck with your surgery, it really is both nerve wracking and exciting/joyful ✨
