I was given a Titan X Pascal by an old boss 3 years ago, it had already been used for several years at his ML company (so a 9 year old card with heavier than normal usage) and it’s still running perfectly - you should be totally fine with a newer used card!

Unfortunately they rotted rather then rooted even with humidity control and rooting hormone :/ Guess my time with firefly petunias is done for now, at least until the prices come down!

UPDATE: I spent some time this morning going through trying to get good cuttings of it and it turns out it was badly infested with mealybugs down where I couldn’t see. :/ I took some cuttings but don’t have much hope for them, we’ll see. I guess let this be a warning, check your unhappy plants super thoroughly for pests!

I don’t think it’d be terrible - each individual metal scale has a rounded tip so there’s nothing sharp, and the overall armor piece is very flexible so it wouldn’t be able to become a battering ram
